Once they have passed the final exam, participants receive the recognized Functional Safety Technician (TÜV Rheinland) certificate and are listed by name as FS Technician (TÜV Rheinland) for Machinery – CE Practice on the TÜV Rheinland Industrie Service GmbH website (www.tuvasi.com). The certificate is an internationally recognized proof of qualification within the industry which vouches for the practical implementation of the knowledge required to implement the requirements concerning machine safety.

• Summary and examination

Day 1 till 4 09.00 – 16.00 h. Training course
Day 5 09.00 – 14.00 h. Final exam + lunch

To participate in the training

Basic knowledge of the Machinery Directive and of EN ISO 13849-1 (verified by the employer or seminar certificate) To take the exam: technical qualification and two years of work experience in the field of machine building or electrical equipment of machinery.
